Applicants who fulfil the base criteria must also abide by the following terms and conditions: 

• The applicant must complete the essays independently. It must be original non-plagiarised work.
• The applicant must submit their full application before the deadline as listed on the online tool. A full application includes an answer to all essay questions and all other questions, 2 letters of recommendation and academic transcripts.
• The  authors of the students’ recommendation letters must provide contact coordinates as they may be contacted for further information.
• The final decision on finalist candidates for UWC colleges from Tunisia rests with UWC Tunisia National Committee. 
• Shortlisted candidates will be notified of the final outcome around the end of February.
• The student must have permission from a parent or guardian to accept to be nominated.  A letter signed by parents or guardians will be required during the process. 

By submitting an application, the student agrees to:

•  respect and honor the decision made by UWC NC Tunisia.

Students who are nominated agree to: 

• assist with promoting the UWC movement: both the IBDP and Short Courses;
• The publication of their name and photo on the UWC Tunisia website, as well as on its social media pages in order to raise awareness of UWC in Tunisia;
• Provide a declaration signed by a parent or guardian acknowledging that they accept the UWC terms and conditions and rules and regulations; and,
• abide by the UWC Tunisia terms and conditions.
